Conference Information

The workshop will be held at the National Academy of Sciences at 2101 Constitution Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20418. You can view the facility site here. On Monday morning check-in for the workshop will start at 7:30am, and speakers will start promptly at 8:15am. Parking is available at the NAS on a first come-first serve basis. There is public parking available nearby, and if you are staying at the Lombardy it is a 15 minute walk. Attendees will need to show a valid government ID when they enter the building. We will have a reception at the Lombardy Hotel on Sunday, September 17th at 6pm, and then at the National Academy of Sciences September 18th. 

For the reception at the Lombardy, there is valet parking at the hotel available. Please join us in the Board Room from 6-8pm. If you have not RSVP’d to this event, you can respond here: cersa_info_@ncsu.edu. We will have heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.
